Well, as I often spend most of my procrastination time looking around Ebay and a variety of gadget and clothing blogs, I recently stumbled upon this gem:

Now at first I was a bit surprised. Ever since late puberty struck, I've been using a Braun razor to keep my neck beard in check, and I'm pretty sure they make toothbrushes too. But who cares? This watch is as sleek as they come. And at around 300 dollars it means that your wearing a real watch, but not exactly breaking the bank (relatively speaking).
