For Richer or Poorer

Last weekend I went home for Mother's day. While I was there, I decided to buy a small gift for my old man, who's birthday was just last week. I started in Brooklyn and found a vintage t-shirt in Williamsburg, and then I bought a pair of Richer Poorer socks from the Steven Alan Outlet on the Upper West Side.

I really like Richer Poorer. Simple and handsome socks, $12 a pair.

I'm all about logos these days, so I had to post that, but now back to the socks.

I kind of want these.

But of course, I had to pick the limited editions with a heavy price tag.

I'm 24 years old, and, well, I'm looking for a job. After a year in Boston, I have moved back to NYC and currently live in Brooklyn, right by the Barclays Center.

While this blog has certainly evolved over the past couple years, for now, it will no longer be active.

When I decided to make this blog, I must admit that my intentions were a bit self-serving. My shopping budget was - and is - still a bit lower than I'd like, so I thought, if you can't buy it, blog it!

Since its inception, I began to slowly incorporate some of my personal projects into the daily content. Most notably, I wrote about the creation of Maine Street Vintage, a project I launched last summer.
